This request is for the movement of equipment that you are current in possession of. This is not an equipment request rather a reconfiguration of the equipment you have.

Please provide the location the equipment is currently in and the location you would like the equipment to be moved to. If you would like to be present while WITS staff sets up equipment in the new location specify your availability.
