How Do I Use It?
Please provide:
- extension number
- CHOOSE how you want messages handled: COPY to email or BYPASS VM system and go only to email?
- email address for messages - an individual or a group email address
AFTER this is set up: Continue to manage your Greetings, Recorded Name, and PIN in the dial-in VM system. If you opt to COPY messages to email, please continue to regularly clean up your messages in the dial-in system so your mailbox does not fill up.
