How Do I Use It?
Please click "Request Service" on the right menu and then fill out the project intake form.
Once you save the form, you will see a message that reads: "Draft Created: Further Action Required" with a button called "Review and Submit". If you do not wish to make changes to your submission, Click the "Review and Submit" button
Click the "Mark Complete and Submit" button
In the pop up window click the "Mark Complete and Submit" button
You should now see a page that reads "Request Submitted Successfully!"
