Extension number is no longer needed. The extension number will be disassociated from all phones, individuals, and departments and become inactive. If the extension number will still be used by others/the department, please request a Change Line Button request.

How Do I Use It?
Please tell us:
- Where is the phone? This is the building and room number. Alternatively, you can take an unneeded phone to the WITS Help Desk (Smullin 118).
- What do you want to do with the extension number that is assigned to the phone? Continue using the number on another phone or unassign it from you/your area?
- Don't know the number on the phone? We will let you know if we have questions once we identify the user/extension number.
- Unneeded extension number: Identify the extension number. The number will be completely disassociated from any phone/person/department and will no longer be active.
